Rozgar Mela 2023 is a job fair run by the Government of India for the benefit of the public, where job seekers or those interested in getting employment in companies get opportunities to apply and get interviewed.

Rozgar Mela is National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) organizes job fairs, which are half-day events where companies and job seekers meet to apply for positions and conduct interviews. By which the unemployment of the country can be reduced
NSDC invites assistance from Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras (PMKKs) in locating employers, and private firms, for the Job Fair. With the help of this NSDC can give employment appointment letters to the enrolled personnel
Rozgar Mela PM Modi Distributes 51,000 Appointment letters
On August 28, 2023, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave over 51,000 appointment letters to paramilitary recruits the enrolled personnel, under the Rozgar Mela.
This program was conducted through video conference and in this video conference, an attempt was made to give job prospects to the teenagers.
The project is a major part of the government’s efforts to encourage growing sectors and reduce the country’s unemployment problem.
